Hand-Pulled Noodle Heaven

This wonderful little noodle shop was 10 metres away from our guesthouse in Shanghai, and produced one of the tastiest we’d ever had the pleasure of slurping. Made from fresh hand-pulled , and topped off with some coriander, red chillies, and an assortment of pickled veggies, these culinary treasures cost us the astoundingly low price of 7 Yuan each – or the equivalent of $1.10. Needless to say we returned for our fix nearly every morning we spent in Shanghai. Luckily, our friend Joel has assured us that Beijing has even better soups.
